What: oin us for a hands-on, full-day 101 workshop where organizers will learn the essential building blocks of running a powerful, community-rooted campaign.
We'll cover the critical difference between strategy and tactics, how to sharpen your campaign demand, and how to get specific about stakeholders, targets, and levers of power. From researching your issue to mapping who holds the power to make change, you'll leave with the tools to move from ideas to action.

Designing Liberatory Spaces for Aliveness
When: July 7 from 10am- 4pm
Where: Festival Center
What: Movement work is serious, and can be heavy, but our spaces do not have to embody that heaviness. This workshop equips movement leaders, nonprofit leaders and movement facilitators to design gatherings that are energizing rather than draining. Through reflection, redesign, and practical experimentation, participants will learn how beauty, sensory experience and relational depth enhance strategic clarity.

Intro to Healing Justice for Trainers
When: May 18th from 10am-4pm
Where: Festival Center
What: This training will support organizers to integrate healing justice into their practice. We will explore the origins of the Healing Justice lineages, definition, principles, and framework. Lunch is included!
